5- Transport, delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address you indicated during the order process. Any receipt must be made in the presence of the deliveryman and must be systematically checked in its contents before signing the delivery note. You must indicate on the delivery note and in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature, any anomaly concerning the delivery. You must also confirm the reservations to the carrier within two working days of receipt of the package and send a copy of the mail to SHEIKBOUDHOU DESIGN. If the products need to be returned, they must be returned within two days of delivery. Any complaint made outside this period cannot be accepted. In addition, the return of the product can only be accepted for products in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc...) In case of problem, indicate the reason on the delivery note (mandatory) and contact us as soon as possible. In case of absence of delivery note, refuse it and contact us. You have a period of seven working days from receipt during which you can refuse the material. Before any return of goods, contact us systematically, for validation. The return of the material must be made in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice at the departure address. Any material used by the customer will not be returned or exchanged. The cost of transporting the returned material will be at your expense. The refund will be made within a maximum of fourteen days. The transport of the products thus returned is your responsibility.

This agreement is governed by French law. The language of this agreement is French. In case of dispute, the Pointe à pitre Court will be competent.

Lead times correspond to average lead times and lead times for order processing and delivery.
9- Retention of title clause
The products remain the property of SHEIKBOUDHOU DESIGN until full payment of the price by our company. Until this date, the delivered material is considered as consigned and the buyer bears the risk of damage that this material could suffer or cause for whatever reason. Notwithstanding, any clause to the contrary, in case of non-compliance by the buyer of one of the payment deadlines, SHEIKBOUDHOU DESIGN without prejudice to its other rights, may obtain, by registered letter, the return of the equipment at the expense of the buyer until the latter executes all the commitments.
10- Responsibility
The products offered comply with the French legislation in force and the standards applicable on the French territory. The photographs, texts, graphics, information and features reproduced and illustrating the products sold are not contractual. Consequently, the responsibility of SHEIKBOUDHOU DESIGN, can not be engaged in case of error or omission in one of the presentations or in case of modification of the characteristics of the products by the suppliers. SHEIKBOUDHOU DESIGN cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract in case of out of stock or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular postal services or means of transport and or communication, flooding or fire. The total or partial impossibility to use the products in particular because of incompatibility of material can not give rise to any compensation or refund or questioning the responsibility of SHEIKBOUDHOU DESIGN.

SHEIKBOUDHOU DESIGN undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information you communicate to us. These are confidential. Accordingly, in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose personal data concerning you.
12 - Vouchers
Vouchers issued by SHEIKBOUDHOU DESIGN are deductible from a purchase after acceptance of your payment method by credit card. Vouchers can be used as a means of payment on the payment selection page.
Vouchers are for single use and must be used in full value. The validity period of the vouchers is 31/12 of the year of their creation and in no way recredited on the following year.
In the event of a refund of an order that has resulted in a discount due to the purchase order, the value of it will be deducted from the said refund.
The vouchers can be used on a subsequent order to that generated by the voucher and must be paid in full.
